Well, technically speaking, the light you see on the moon is a reflection from the sun. So without the sun you would see no light. But without the moon you would still see the sun. Going to have to side with the Parrot on this one.

I don't know.. Even if the Solari are religous zealots, change starts at the roots. It could be possible for them to change, if Leona, their Champion can put up with Diana long enough...
