get off your high horse, i would rather play the game with no flaws or at least very few flaws than a bug filled game that is no longer fun because of said bugs... they never guarantee a new patch every tuesday, they just try to fix issues as they come up.. so what if the new champ isnt here yet... people will just complain hoe OP he is less than 24 hours after release... quit your complaining and enjoy the game.

high horse is this kid stupid ? So you think killing people has some ground for high horsing ? What the hell do you that impacts anything ? I enjoy the game when what i expect from a company that has more 100 dollars of my hard earned cash in their pocket. I dont want a buggy champion who the hell wants that ? But they have held a standard to deliver on these set dates. That is not even the big part of it. The biggest part is that they are keeping us in the dark. Nothing works well when thats going on. Id know what having ETAs in the dark do. Its just dumb. They signed up for this job so they have ground to falter on. I bought a card to play a champion which was not delivered. Its the reason i quit playing certain games because the customer service was ****. We have all been there. We cant just sit around and say its okay. Then theyll think its okay to slack with our cash because well just suck their nut and say oh theyre doing their best. Hell no! i want my champion now or at least an update on what the hell is going on.

First of all, we are only customers if we pay. I do pay, but a lot of people who play this game don't pay. They don't even have access to credit cards. So yea... hold your horses. Riot doesn't even address to us as customers but instead simply players. It's player support and not customer support, for example.

This is so typical. You get a steady rate of updates and champions releases and people rage because it delays a day or two. What if they delay a month?! You're not paying a monthly fee! Same thing would happen if they released a new map every year. If one year they didn't people would start a witch hunt for Riot. Seriously? Take a chill pill, go read a book, go outside, visit your family next room, take a bath, idk and idc. Try running a game company that serves millions of people and see if you'll fare any better and THEN you come back here and wave us your precious formula.

This sort of rage is basically backlash from what happens when you keep people updated. If Riot did like Blizzard "it will be done when it's done" people would soon forget about complaining and start realizing that's how things work for the greater good.
