This is a list of myself and a few other's reading the various Champion Judgements.

StationaryObject [use to be leapinglion]:
I'm a Communications Major in college atm, hoping to eventually make my way into radio and voice acting. Acting and Singing has always been something I enjoy and love, and I did various plays when I was younger. However, I've always been more interested in reading and video games. I eventually came to love the idea of being the voice behind video game characters and to read books out loud to others. These various judgements are my attempts at fleshing out the stories. Any feedback or suggestions are greatly appreciated!
Leona- The Radiant Dawn
Riven- The Exile
To Come: Sona- Maven of the Strings

Good job listening to your voice and changing the video, I'd say that's excellent effort! I can tell that you put emotion into your voice to mirror what Leona was feeling.

It sounds like, through the beginning, you narrated slowly and hesitantly to emphasize Leona's self-doubt (I'm sorry if that wasn't your intention). Towards the end, you picked it up and spoke faster as Leona got more confident. Even if the start is pretty slow, the contrast really helps, it's not something that can be heard in Leona's voice in-game.

Good job, Lion! As for a next champion, I think the logical choice is Lux, ha

Thank you very much, I'm really glad you enjoyed it!
The observation is one section of the judgment I am still unsure about as I kept trying to figure out if it was meant to be from Leona's perspective or from an outside perspective. I settled to a somewhat hesitant, somewhat assertive Leona. I'm still not pleased with it, but I think it works as it is. If I ever get a sudden idea, I'll probably redo it.
It was meant to be like that though, the self-doubt to confidence. I feel that is what the judgment was sopost to do for Leona. She learned a purpose for herself and managed to put the past behind her and look forward.

I'll look into Lux tonight.

On a somehow unrelated note: which Judgement are you doing next?
=D I don't have a definite next pick for champion judgments and am more than open to suggestions. I could just start from the first and go from there, or go at random.

Very natural, professional, and even reading, well done. I do a lot of dictating at my job, and listening to you is kind of relaxing. Clear and smooth without being robotic or overly-dramatic. I may even take up some similar things myself, honestly. A lot of old bits of lore could probably stand up to be recorded on audio. I'm sure that Lee Sin would like to be able to browse through an audible library of old JoJ articles, after all.

As far as other judgments to look into, Riven's reminds me a lot of Leona's if you're looking for a familiar, emotional sort of transfer. Lux's is pretty intriguing. Wukong's is more light hearted, and I remember Skarner's being pretty straight-forward. All in all, though, you should just pick a champ or piece you enjoyed and run with it. Also, if you don't want to convert your audio files to youtube vidoes, different upload/sharing sites are probably a bit faster, and if you ask, I'm sure a forum-savvy Rioter could help you figure out a way to just tag 'em onto posts as attachments.

@Relinquished Sth:
Thank you for the comments, it's really encouraging to hear my voice is relaxing =P
If you do end up starting to recording lore, I'd love to hear them.
I've looked at Riven's and Lux's as well as Wukong's and Skarner's and I'm more than intrigued about Riven. There are alot of aspects to that judgment that I'd love to look deeper into to capture her character. I might have to look around to see if there is more lore for her, and if not start a discussion to flesh her out more. My favorite line so far in that judgment is, "I still love Noxus, I never stopped."
I'll probably start the next judgment this weekend and get into more during Spring Break.

Riven is, by and large, my favorite champion in the league. She also has one of the best judgments, and the one I've read through the most. If you're looking to tap into her character a bit, I know Xypherous has posted a lot about his thematic ideas when he was designing her. I remember one bit about her general theme being "Noxus is broken, but by my will, and through the fight, it can be rebuilt." Unlike Leona, though, she doesn't necessarily wind up crystal clear at the end of her judgment in terms of perspectives, she's still kinda confused, probably will be for a while, but intriguing nonetheless.

Right now my mic is only a built-in, but I've got a new headset I'll be picking up within the next week or two, and I can think of no better way to break it in than to record some Lore.

Any update on this project? As far as myself, I've gotten most everything done except the actual recording. I know from experience it can take an hour or so for me to get though even short recoding projects, and it's been difficult to find the time to sit down and get through it.

Mostly, though, just wondering if anyone else has tried this out, or, if not, where LeapingLion is currently at with her project.

*Ponders* I could do an audio reading of a league judgement. I do wonder if I would need a new microphone though. Hrm. This reminds me that I've been looking for a new microphone.
