John*too lazy to think of a good name.*
Passive. For every Ability on cooldown he gains 10/20/40 ad. Johns abilities are not affected by Cool Down Reduction.

Q: Lazor Cannon. John channels for 2secs then fires a cannon dealing 200/400/800/1600/3200 physical dmg to everything in its path*including allied champions, minions and buildings on a 15/30/45/90/180cooldown

W: Concussion Grenade: John Throws a grenade that stuns everyone in its blast radius 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 secs*includes allies.*

E: Grease Field: John lays down a Grease Field slowing everyone in it by 20/30/40/50/60%. Activating this ability during the cooldown sets it on fire doing 50/60/70/80/90 true dmg per sec, lasts 5secs after leaving the area of effect.*once agin including allies.*

R: Living Bomb: John Turns himself into a living bomb dealing 100% of his current health to everyone in a 600radius and bringing himself down to 1hp. *allies included*

Champion that can troll Allies for as much damage as the enemy?
I believe ive found the answer....

Q permastealth that does not break until damage is dealt
W Stun that lasts 2 seconds deals no damage large range 1 second cd
E Stun that lasts 2 seconds deals no damage large range 1 second cd
R Toggle- changes auto attacks to deal no damage but cause supression for 1 second
Passive Character is not unstealthed or seen by oracles or vision wards
No resource to manage, just runs off of cd like garen or kat.
Pretty much perma lockdown champ. You send him top against a farm reliant person and you keep them in a stun lock with no way to target you. Keeping somebody from being able to play is pretty stupid and antifun.

Jorgun, The Traveller

Passive: Divine Path
Basic auto attacks reveal enemy champions for 2 seconds

Q: Path of Might
Next basic attack deals either physical of magic damage depending on the lower resistance of the enemy

W: Path of Magic
Jorgun blasts a wave of uncontrolled energy from his hands, the direction of fire is completely random. (Anti fun for user)

E: Path of Shadow
Passive: Upon entering a brush, becomes invisible to people both in and out of the brush until action is taken

Active: Jorgun blast a harmless, but blinding light at his enemy dealing 0 damage but removing vision of everything (Screen turns white) for 1 second.

R: The winding path

Marks a target with lost travellers curse, if the target dies while afflicted with the curse their respawn time is doubled.



Anti-fun enough for you??

Antifungler the Antifun Jungler

Passive: After casting an ability, Antifungler's next attack deals an additional 7% of the targets max HP as physical damage. Additionally, if the target has mana, Antifungler refunds half of his last ability's mana cost with stolen mana from the target.
Q: Leeching Shot: Fires a short range line skillshot that deals 4 - 17% of all hit targets maximum health in true damage, returning 50% of all damage done as health to Antifungler.
W: Fighting Rage: Increases Antifungler's attack damage by a flat amount + a percent of his missing health and mana for 5 seconds. Additionally refreshes the cooldowns on his Q and E.
E: Ward: Places a vision ward that lasts for 3 minutes. Any time during the three minutes the ward can be activated again to explode and damage and slow or heal and haste ALL targets. Heal or damage is selected (TF style) at the time of placement.
R: Paid lifesaver: You instantly dash to, and shield the ally on your team with the most gold on hand (global dash like old nocturne almost was). You deal damage to any champions your dash passes through. Upon arrival you take half of your allies' gold as payment for the protection. Shield and damage scales off 1.25 times the amount of gold taken.

Yeah this would be frustrating to play, play with, and play against.

Innate: You have a shield that blocks the next Stun, Fear, Suppress, Taunt or Silence effect cast on your champion (does not block damage). The shield regenerates after 20 seconds, or twice as fast if out of combat for 3+ seconds.

Q: Target an enemy champion to launch a barbed chain at them, tethering them to your current ground position. They cannot move beyond 500 units of distance from the tethered point and take damage over time. Lasts 3/3.5/4/4.5/5 seconds.

W: Target a large ground area. After one second, any enemy inside the area starts taking quick, heavy magical damage and receives stacking slow effect (longer you're in, the stronger is the slow).

E: Dispel!!!1 Target an enemy champion to dispel all his positive buffs and stop them from acquiring new ones for 2 seconds. Additionally, any debuff or crowd control you have currently placed on your champion (anything QSS can remove counts) is immediately transfered to your target for its full original duration. Can be cast while CC'd (like oranges).

R: Passive: Your champion's sight range is increased by 100 for each rank of this ability.
Active: Target any visible enemy champion in a range of 800/1400/2000 to instantly teleport them to your location, damaging and stunning them for 2 seconds.



Balanced and totally fun to play against.

passive: lifesteal and spellvamp
Q: manasteal and slow
W: heal self while damaging enemy, think vlad's transfusion.
e: dash forward while applying graves' smokescreen to enemy
r: Equilibrium. The ult will 100% kill selected selected target, no matter how much armor/mr/health they have. instant death from 100 to 0. the catch is: it also instantly kills yourself

huehue disrupt whole team while being slippery with dash and self heal. once you'Re cornered and at supremely low health, suicide and take someone with you

Anti-funner

Q: Silence target for 12 seconds and give them 100% increase in damage
W: Instantly swap position with target if target is silenced
E: Mana burn target
R: Target takes damage base on proportion of his bandwidth usage times the octal conversion of the champion level

Passive: Uses passive of nearest enemy Champion
Q - Replace your Q with target's Q for the next 15 seconds
W - Replace your W with target's W for the next 15 seconds

Passive: For every 1 armor and magic resist, he gains 5 hp. For every 10 hp, he gains 1 armor and magic resist. These effects don't stack.

Q: He mocks the opponent champions, taunting them in a targetable AoE cone. For every opposing champion targeted, he gains 15 Armor and Magic Resist.

W: He slams the ground, stunning in a AoE around him. For every target stunned, he gains 2% Attack Speed and Movement Speed.

E: Passive: Gains tenacity for each level in the skill.

Active:He becomes enraged, increasing his Attack Damage and every attack gains a 10% slow. Stacks up to 3 times.

R:He shouts into the sky, stunning the enemy champions in a massive AoE. Nearby enemy champions become pumped, gaining 20/30/40 Attack damage/Ability Power, 10/15/20 Armor/Magic resist, and 10% movement speed. This effect lasts for 15 seconds.
