except you can't reset your rating now unless you invite majority people with higher rating than your old team (which is highly unlikely). Remaking a team doesn't change the Elo used when making the team, so if your team is below 1200 or something, no amount of remakes will bring your team's Elo up (unless you get people with rating miles ahead of yours).

Just a little bit more clarification - the "hidden personal rating" is computed from previous Ranked teams games? If that is the case, what will happen to those who have not played Ranked teams before?

Individuals who have never played a Ranked Team game, or an Arranged Team game during pre-season, are assigned a default rating.

I'm not going to go into specific details of how the system works, but average teams *will* trend towards a 1200 rating over time. They just don't start that way.
