Honestly you'd be better off adding features and cosmetics for RP than releasing a new champion every 2 weeks. That's going to get unsustainable real fast either through power creep or just generic blandness (since LoL cannot do the outlandish things Dota allows heroes to have due to different gameplay goals)

Sounds interesting, though I would still like it if you guys made difficult to get into champions as well, feels more rewarding when you do get them down IMO, especially if they're a bit off the wall.

Still, hopefully things work out with future champions and they're fun as well!

Orianna's more in the realm of what I'd consider OK here - she makes sense, but is pretty tough to get "down." Other examples are Brand (very simple, but great Brands stand out from merely good ones) and Anivia. There's a lot of tools in some of our older champions that are not only understandable, but represent this design principle.
