Regarding Ambassador RoreBAWW's post I think the context is important. The question was
"is there ever any circumstance under which access to an account is lost, by anyone, for any amount of time without direct review by a Riot employee? I'm talking even a one day ban. ANY amount of time."

To which the answer is "no, we look at all these cases". Warnings have proven to be accurate enough to be automated and have minimal impact. I think warnings do technically have a 5 minute hold, but most people never see this.

As I've said, while there may not be lots of user facing changes to the Tribunal, we've made some adjustments on our end. Tribunal voters have done a great job at getting the worst of the accounts. When we first opened up we had the worst of the worst for review, and honestly, we probably could have just banned them all right off the bat, but we wanted to see how the Tribunal would fare and we were very pleased. Now cases are a little less clear cut, but guilty cases are still overwhelmingly accurate.

I honestly don't know our plans for any further automation. It may depend on our case volume and the Tribunal's continued accuracy.
This, this 1000x this!

how can anyone possibly ever hope to tell if someone is INTENTIONALLY feeding vs just being unskilled/unfamiliar with a character from the data given? you would have to see the in game play to tell that wouldn't you?

Typically when judging Intentional Feeding cases, I look for massively inappropriate items like 5 basic boots, phrases like " I'mma feed then" in the chat, or use my best judgement to determine if someone could reasonably have that score in a game of that length.

The burden of proof is a little higher for these cases, but the decision is made easier when they are verbally abusive or vulgar too. The specific charge is not crucial, but whether someone is creating a toxic environment and needs to be reminded their behavior is currently unacceptable.

Also, good thread. Thanks for archiving it.

Will there every be a way to sort of, follow up on cases we voted on? So we get a better feel of where we are voting, for lack of a better term, wrong?

I only vote guilty for BLATANTLY offensive players, truly caustic vicious individuals, and for obvious trolling/afk/leaving. Most other things I haven't found to be too bad.

And yet, I still find myself going many days with 10/10 guilty votes, and when I get my results back, sometimes its as few as 3 confirmed cases.

Three? Am I reading these cases wrong? And I know there can be a delay, I've tested this several times, so unless the cases are taking over a month to confirm, I know I'm not missing them time wise.

Anything on this? If I don't have a good feel for what the community things is tolerable... well I feel worried because I already feel like I'm too tolerant of wrong doing.

The cases take time to process (as someone at Riot has to finish it).
If you do just 10 cases, and keep checking your email for several weeks (possibly a month or two), you'll probably get more notifications over time.

Read the entire wall of text. The only thing I wanted to know is if a banned player is IP banned or are they just able to make a new account and troll once again? I recently reported a player only for him to tell me that he had multiple accounts and will continue to troll the community.
