No. We nerfed sustain on Dominion because sustain is stronger there. It's still good with the nerfs. Really good.

Dominion only. If they wanted to apply it to Summoner's Rift as well, they could just reduce coefficients and bases of all sustain spells by 20%.

20% less sustain hits yi pretty dang hard when his best build is ghostblade + wriggle's. He pretty much can only function as a life steal tank. I know you don't want dominant 1v1ers but I mean lets be real here. Yi can't win a 1v1 till 25 minutes on SR, he just gets burst down. Removing 5 of those minutes by early gold still means that by the time most games on dominion are wrapping up yi is like YEAH TIME TO BE GOOD- wait its over.

Now recalculate that with 1375 starting gold and increased gold gain per second, bro. Yi should be hitting his YEAH PAR-TAY PAR-TAY time a lot sooner than in SR. Also, no Wriggle's, so . . . meh.

Also, remember that tehre are runes around the map that heal your champ, so the debuff will make you look for those runes around the map. Changing your sustained heal for "burst" regen when you get that rune

No AFK farm time.

This impacts yi, this impacts nasus (who has life gain as his freakin PASSIVE!) this impacts morgana (... again) this impacts udyr, this SIGNIFICANTLY impacts warwick.

You're trying to keep the map open for all champions, but then artificially limiting some champions. Okay, so nasus's life steal is impacted, trynd's is impacted, but cassiopeia can trollololol harass all game and then grab the very same heal runes on her own?

Whats next, we nerf the damage ranged harass champions can do cause sustain got nerfed? Then we have to nerf burst cause harass is down?
