-Basic attack is like a wisp of wind (comparable to Janna's without the ornamental head)

Passive: Run Like the Wind - Selena takes 50% reduced effect from all slows.
Q: Soothing Rains - Selena summons refreshing rainwaters, restoring mana to nearby allied champions. (100 mana at all levels, +.1 per ability power)
Lv1: +4 Mana regen per 5
Lv2: +8 Mana regen per 5
Lv3: +12 Mana regen per 5
Lv4: +16 Mana regen per 5
Lv5: +20 Mana regen per 5
Ultimate Effect: Thunderstorm - Selena creates a ferocious Thunderstorm, lowering nearby enemy accuracy and striking enemy champions with lightning periodically. (+.4 damage per ability power)
Lv1: 20% miss, 100 damage every 3 seconds up to 3 enemy champions
Lv2: 30% miss, 200 damage every 3 seconds up to 4 enemy champions
Lv3: 40% miss, 300 damage every 3 seconds up to 5 enemy champions
W: Brilliant Sunlight - Selena calls upon a radiant sunlight to invigorate nearby allied champions and increase their attack speed and damage. (100 mana at all levels, +.1 damage per ability power)
Lv1: +8% attack speed, +10 damage
Lv2: +11% attack speed, +15 damage
Lv3: +14% attack speed, +20 damage
Lv4: +17% attack speed, +25 damage
Lv5: +20% attack speed, +30 damage
Ultimate Effect: Brushfire - Selena ignites a raging inferno around herself, continually damaging all neaby enemies and lowering their armor and magic resistance for a short time. (+.15 damage per ability power)
Lv1: -10 Armor/MR, 50 damage per second
Lv2: -20 Armor/MR, 100 damage per second
Lv3: -30 Armor/MR, 150 damage per second
E: Snowfall - Selena brings a gentle snowfall to her surroundings, imbuing her allies with the cold and increasing their armor and magic resistance. (100 mana at all levels, +.1 Armor/MR per ability power)
Lv1: +6 Armor/MR
Lv2: +12 Armor/MR
Lv3: +18 Armor/MR
Lv4: +24 Armor/MR

Ultimate Effect: Hailstorm - Selena brings forth a massive hailstorm, slowing nearby enemy movement and making it difficult for them to use their abilities.
Lv1: -15% Speed, +20% Cooldown
Lv2: -20% Speed, +30% Cooldown
Lv3: -25% Speed, +40% Cooldown
R (Ultimate): Wrath of Nature - Selena calls upon the destructive forces of nature, turning tranquil weather into natural distasters and devastating her opponents. In addition, her abilities passively gain a wider active range. (100 mana at all levels)
Lv1: Unlocks Lv1 Ultimate Effects, Increases ability range by +X
Lv2: Unlocks Lv2 Ultimate Effects, Increases ability range by +2X
Lv3: Unlocks Lv3 Ultimate Effects, Increases ability range by +3X
-General: If a move says enemies, it applies to all non-friendly units, including minions, neutral creeps, and champion summons. If a move says champions, it applies ONLY to champions. (So, Tibbers won't be damaged by Thunderstorm but WILL have his accuracy reduced.) The same applies for allies vs. allied champions.
Passive: Selena's passive reduces both duration AND effect of slows. Therefore, assuming Nunu's ice shard slows by 50% for 3 seconds, Selena would receive a 25% slow for 1.5 seconds instead.
Q/W/E (Basic Abilities): Selena's basic abilities are on a shared cooldown of 6 seconds. So if Selena activates Q, all three basic abilities will begin to cooldown for 6 seconds. When Selena activates any of her basic abilities, the following take place:
-A circle hitbox for the activated move will instantly appear with Selena at the center of the hitbox. All abilities have a specified and constant radius equal to one another.
-All basic abilities will last indefinitely so long as Selena remains anywhere within the hitbox of the ability. (mana is only required on activation)
-Selena is affected by all of her friendly abilities (i.e. will receive +mana regeneration from Soothing Rains)
-After the initial casting animation, (lasting around .5 seconds), Selena is free to do anything she would normally be able to do.
-Although hitboxes for abilities will virtually appear instantly, animations will gradually increase to a constant final animation for visual appeal and to logically make sense. (e.g. casting Soothing Rains will cause clouds to smoothly appear and a light drizzle to slightly increase to a final rainfall, taking around 2 seconds)
-Only one basic ability may be active at any given time. Activating a different ability will immediately deactivate the existing one (with the same visual effects as above taking place). The newly activated ability will be placed with Selena at the center of its hitbox as before.
-Before getting the first point of Wrath of Nature (R), the diameter of the abilities will be roughly equal to the length of a line of brush in the middle lane. If we imagine Selena at the center of that line of brush, the first point into "R" will increase it's radius up to around the middle of the wall surrounding the brush. Each point after will increase by the same amount.
R (Ultimate): Selena's ultimate is NOT a move in its own right. If you were to not use any ability points until Lv6 and then put your first point into "R", you would not be able to activate the skill. Instead, Selena's ultimate turns the active basic ability into an ultimate skill.
-(Implied from basic mechanics) Selena must be anywhere within the active basic ability to activate the ultimate.
-Only one ultimate may be active at any given time
-All ultimates will last a prerecorded track of 12 seconds. (Selena does NOT need to remain within the hitbox to maintain its effect.)
-Selena's "R" does NOT have a cooldown. However, activating "R" will trigger the 6 second shared cooldown of the three basic abilities. An error of "You can not activate this ability." will appear if "R" is triggered improperly.
-Hitboxes for ultimates will appear and disappear instantly. (Same visual effects as described above will translate for ultimate startups and endings)
-The ultimate passive range increase applies to ultimate effects as well as basic abilities; Does NOT apply to basic attack.
Q: How did you come up with those exact numbers for Selena's character stats?
A: To be honest, those are just rough estimates and I used Janna's stats (posted online) as a guideline,
Q: How does Selena's passive work with merc treads?
A: However slow reduction stacking is already set up would be applied to Selena's passive. (e.g. other charaters using cleanse while equipped with merc treads)
Q: Can Selena be silenced to stop her basic abilities or ultimate?
A: No. As soon as the abilitiy or ult appears, Selena is no longer technically casting. This is comparable to Fiddle's ult after he's done charging it.
Q: Does Thunderstorm strike enemy champions as soon as it is cast? (i.e. Do enemy champions take damage at 0s, 3s, 6s, 9s, 12s?)
A: No. Enemy champions will take damage at 3s, 6s, 9s, 12s. (Assuming they stay within the hitbox the whole time.)
Q: Can you explain Hailstorm a bit more?
A: Basically, enemy champions receive increased cooldowns on their abilities while inside the hailstorm. This increased cooldown is additive to any reduction they might have already. So, let's say you have a Fiendish Codex equipped for 10% cooldown reduction and are caught in a lv 3 hailstorm, all of your abilities would now have 30% increased cooldown times. This does NOT apply to summoner spells.

Could do with a little less wind-based features so she doesnt sound so much like Janna. I see her being more of a Light/nature based hero to ensure she remains unique.
