Can we get a better european team to replace wolves? o_O

Seriously... 0-6 throughout all of LCS... They just got stomped in 23 minutes by fnatic.

It's not even fun watching anymore. It's like CLG stomping some 1500's team. It's embarrassing, and not worthy of being titled 'esports'. Surely there are better teams who just had a bad game or two during the qualifiers.

Curse EU under another team name?
MYM?
Millenium?

Hell, even ELOHell.net....

That's what relegation/advancement is for.

Redeemed RivĂŞn 02-23-2013 09:53 AM

Still better than the new na teams

None of the above teams would have gone 0-6 through all the LCS matches so far. Wolves just aren't cut out to play against these teams. Just because they won a couple lucky games last year, doesn't put them on this level. It's pretty clear by how badly they get STOMPED every single game that they're just not on this level of competitive play.

Apparently they have another game today. Anyone who wants to see what I'm talking about, feel free to tune in:

They'll lose again, and go 0-7 through all of LCS.

You know this based on what? Wolves beat those teams so...yeah. You might call it "lucky games" but you have absolutely no facts to support that accusation, you have no idea how those teams would react to the pressure. Yeah, Wolves are getting stomped, but Vulcan (NA Team) was 0-5 when their winning streak started, this is EXACTLY how leagues are in ANY professional sport.

Another thing, here's the teams that have beaten Wolves this far
SKGaming (Twice)
Evil Geniuses
Gambit
Giants (They beat Gambit as well)
Fnatic

All this teams are TOP European teams, Giants is an up and coming team that actually beat Gambit and put EG in trouble for a while, it's no surprise an up and coming team as Wolves has lost to all these teams.

They barely qualified at the end of season 2, and they were a couple of lucky games/matchups. Vulcan never got absolutely ****in' HAMMERED game after game. They lost, but it wasn't like watching pro's dom a couple of fresh 30's.

If you don't believe me about how bad they are, watch their game against aAa, after this next Gambit v Giants game.

wolves should play marne, i'd like to see who the worst really is.

Actually, Wolves got there a bit by "accident" (even if they are better than 80% of the NA LCS teams btw), and on top of it :
- till this week they didn't had their main mid ap player because he was under the silly Riot age limit
- their ad carry got hurt in an agression and they had another sub they didn't practice too
- not sure they even have a gaming house in Cologne (where the LCS are played) yet, like a few other teams (like aAa) and they had a truckload of administrative/rl problems to take care off with the LCS (it's what happens when you are a relatively new team and knew like 1 week before you were qualified for LCS)

On top of that they are playing a few insanely good teams (SK/EG/GG/Fnatic) and the rest isn't bad either (unlike in "some" other regional competition with only 4 decent teams, 3 of those being sub par for over a year).
