Item build "calculator"
Has anyone put together an item database that works a little more like the in-game interface? I.e., where you can easily navigate through the various item-build trees?

The here at leagueoflegends.com doesn't give a way to do this. Moreover, it seems to be broken right now--clicking on an item sends you to a "page not found" page. But to my recollection, even when it wasn't broken, there was no simple way to navigate the build trees.

Try http://www.leaguecraft.com/builder/INSERT CHAMPION NAME HERE
This will not just let you see how much the build costs, but how much of each stat it adds at any level, and what the final outcome is for said character. It even lets you input your runes and masteries if you like

Also, Leaguecraft in general is a very good site for finding pretty much anything out about LoL as well, so look around the rest of the site if you're interested

leaguecraft is amazing. custom skins, guides, item builder, forum.....whats not to like?

Response speed ?

The Mastery builder is about 15 seconds behind whatever I mouse over.

Every click takes 5-10 seconds to respond.

any other website ( including this forum ) is WAY faster on a 4.5MB business connection ( Not that I study gaming info during business hours )

Oh yeah .... Alot of 503 Server unavailable errors as well.

Leaguecraft is the best I've come across.

Click a champion, then press the builder button. One main irk is how slow the site is sometimes. Sometimes the website never responds. And a minor inconvenience is that every time you want the stats updated(because you changed something or everything) you have to press the update button for it to recalculate.

this just shows the mastery trees it wont let you add runes or anything but it will tell you what the next upgrade for the skill is and it has a fast response time vs the league-craft one

solomid.net (Website belongs to a team in top 2) I'm pretty sure you can just make a draft guide and put a build there for yourself.
clgaming.net (Website belongs to the other team in top 2) Same as above.
lolpro.com (Website designed for guides to be made by only pros, not low elo people) Just a nice site if you need well written guides.

Why the hell did you revive a thread that was over 1.5 years old.

Taioron 04-30-2012 04:27 PM

@GunPewPew, because this question is very much relevant regardless of date. I agree with a post above about Leaguecraft and getting 503 server unavailable errors all the time, it happens so much I can't even use the site, so I'm looking other item builders.

So you basically nerco'd the thread to say the website doesn't work for you and not offer a working alternative.

Good job. I'm sure that'll help new players.

This is why necro'ing is a waste of time. If people want answers from old threads, they can use the search. They don't bump old discussions where most of the people involves don't even play anymore.
