I'm a Genius! Maybe? Fix for Temp folder + possibly the black loading screen.
 
Ok so i was having this issue here where i was getting the message

"Unable to create the error report. Please verify that there is enough space in your temp folder"
while playing as Nunu in a normal 5v5 game on EUW servers. I was unable to reconnect no matter how many times i restarted/ deleted my temp folder.

I think i may have a permanent fix for both issues which i shall detail below.

1). Delete the Temp folder ( It will be empty ) Found at
League of Legends.app/resources/transgaming/c_drive/rads/temp
2). Download Cache Out X found here and run it.

2). Restart computer with the PRAM clearing method. Further instructions here.

3). Use BrokenSymmetry's symlink method.

I'll detail it below here.
Note - this doesn't give you the link to Boom's Adobe Air Runtime Frameworks folder because i couldn't find it - Boom if you could link it in a post below i'll add it here.

Let's recap: The problem is the order and places in which the OS looks for libraries(frameworks) to load. The first place the OS looks is in the current working directory, in our case the mac_air_runtimes/releases/0.0.0.1/deploy/. Because it finds the requested "Adobe AIR.framework" there, it stops looking for other places and therefore ignores other installed versions on the system, e.g. the one in /Library/Frameworks.

Since the AIR version shipped with LoL is rather outdated, we want it to use the updated one installed in /Library/Frameworks/. To this end, we replace the directory mac_air_runtimes/releases/0.0.0.1/deploy/Adobe AIR.framework with a link that points to /Library/Frameworks/Adobe AIR.framework/. That way, when trying to load the AIR framework in mac_air_runtimes/releases/0.0.0.1/deploy, LoL instead loads the framework in /Library/Frameworks.

Commands we need to achieve this:
cd : Changes current working directory
ls : Lists content of directories
ls -l : Lists in long format: prints all kind of extra information like the "type", permissions, owners etc of the files
ln -s : Creates a symbolic link

Consult the man pages (e.g. man ln) or simply Google the commands for more information.

Now to actually make the symlink:
To make the commands shorter, cd into mac_air_runtimes/releases/0.0.0.1/deploy/:

Now delete whatever it is that calls itself mac_air_runtimes/releases/0.0.0.1/deploy/Adobe AIR.framework:

Create a symlink to /Library/Frameworks/Adobe AIR.framework

ln -s /Library/Frameworks/Adobe\ AIR.framework/ "Adobe AIR.framework"

Finally check that the symlink indeed works; ls -l should look something like this

Testing of this method.
Method Notes:
1). I would suggest you do this in the order i have.
2). The temp folder will reappear once you launch your first game - this is assumed to be normal.

In Game Notes :
1). Tried it in a 1v1 bots game and it loaded and ran fine no problems.
2). Tried to Test in a Custom 5v5 but lo and behold those games don't exist in EUW. What IS with all those afk rooms? And noone would believe that i was actually a level 30 leveling up a new account. Telling them i was from NA didn't help either.
3). Tried a normal 5v5. I report SUCESS!

P.S
Boom could you add this to your guide as a POSSIBLE fix? That way we can get more feedback

old EU habit. when EU used to have 4h queues 90% of the time, if you afk'ed too long you were disconnected. this didn't happen if you were creating a game, however, so people started creating a **** lot of AFK rooms to not get dc'd. looks like someone remained. they're not as many as before, however.

Further testing required. Problem cropped up again last night. I have my suspicions but i shall test for a few more days before i get back to you. No need to hurry this. The actual fix might be painfully .simple.
The issue is with the Temp folder - not the black loading screen - they are independent issues. So the symlink does solve the black loading screen i "think".

Also i'm no good with forum tagging. How do u do that code thingy?

Ah ok while i will re-post BrokenSymmetry's fix in the proper way - because it definitely works - over 20 games now and now issues with black loading screen - i seem to have pinpointed the issue with the Temp folder.

So my recent suspicions seem to have been proved about the Temp folder issue.

1). They only pop up when i am playing a hero for the first time, and only if that first time is in a non custom game.

As proof of this i am playing Ashe on my EUW smurf for the first time and i cannot reconnect, ( 1 small sacrifice really to confirm a bug ). While this could be a coincidence the only times it has happened to me is when i played Singed, Nunu, and Ashe for the first time in a normal game, without first playing them in a custom game.

Note : if you play them in a custom game first the temp folder issue isn't raised even if it is the first time.
So all right symptoms identified. Whats the cause?

2). I decided to look at 2 of my logfiles that are placed close to the Temp folder. This is located in the c_drive/rads folder.
The 2 logfiles are rads_lol_launcher.log and rads_user_kernel.log.
In launcher.log, i looked for the line that indicated a crash and i saw this.

Now given the fact that this issue showed up after the Monkey King patch maybe this has something to do with the Monkey King being in the game. Now i can't remember if each of my crashed games even had the Monkey King in them, so i can't give any definitive info yet, but i am just putting this out there for anyone else who might have this problem. Brainstorming good.

Next i used Velkor's RAF tools to see whether i could find said monkey king file ( Once again Velkor, you are a genius ). Searching for LoL_SFX_monkeyking.fsb gave me nothing and searching for monkeyking just gave me,

And so you can see that the MonkeyKing.fsb file really is missing. Could this be the sole cause? I am not quite sure yet. However i can hear the Monkey King fine in games and i have played against him fine so far. His animations can get mucky sometimes, but his sounds have been fine ( to my knowledge ) so far.

So thoughts people?

Bump for brainstorming! Ignore the first post people. The black loading screen fix is most of it ( which i have detailed in a brand new post ) and the rest is redundant - it has no effect.

Since i know for a fact that you do have RAF tools downloaded :P

Can you please run a check and see whether you do have the .fsb file for the monkey king? And if you have it can u upload it and link it here? The fix might actually be as simple as archiving in a single file :)

Well there goes that theory about the Monkey King. While his .fsb file is still quite missing,my latest temp folder crash is brand new.
It basically told me that the temp folder was full this time mid game and not during loading. It was also not a hero i was playing for the first time, since i was playing Heimer on my NA char, and although i can load back into the game in about 3-5 seconds i get the temp folder message again :(
Also checking my logs, it doesn't say anything about the monkey king this time. It does give the error about failing to open the error ticket though.

I'm going to try Phynns' client one of these days. Once i get to the land of better interwebz!
