Cannot see the shop?
Alright so I want to buy some RP before the double RP bonus runs out but whenever I try go into the shop the screen is just black. I really need so help here.
Thank you for bringing this issue to the Help and Support Forum! Not being able to enter the store to buy some RP and take advantage of special promotions that we are running (such as Double Bonus RP) can be incredibly infuriating. Hopefully, we will be able to discover a fix shortly!
Typically this issue is most likely caused by a non-default Internet Explorer setting. Even if you do not use Internet Explorer as your default browser, it is the browser used by our PVP.net store. Certain settings can cause you to receive the, "You have encountered an error. Please try again." message. Additionally, you may be unable to click the RP bundle that you are trying to purchase.
To fix this issue, please follow the instructions in the following Knowledge Base article:

Whenever I try to download Internet Explorer 9 it says I have a higher version? Also, I cannot evne find IE on my computer. I have the folder but not the program?

If you have a Windows Operating System, Internet Explorer comes pre-installed and typically cannot be forcibly uninstalled. Therefore, you should be able to find this program by simply opening the Start Menu, and typing "internet explorer' into the search field. Both the folder, as well as the program itself should appear. If you wish, once IE is open, you can then have it search for the latest updates in the window itself.
However, if you have tried all other steps in my previous post, and are still experiencing issues, then please do not hesitate to let us know by submitting a new Support Ticket!
Thank you for you help dArtagnan, It turns out all I had to do was reset my internet.
