Welcome to this page! I with pleasure will tell you about my hero who name is Kabul.
Who is Kabul? He is a mercenary of the highest rank. He lives on the pirate's island, where he always can find a job.

Kabul, The Master Of Sabotage

Stats:
Damage: 58 (+ 3.2 per level) (at 18\ 115)
Attack Speed: 0.6 (+ 3.2% per level)
Health: 440 (+ 84 per level) (at 18\ 1952)
Mana: 250 (+ 49 per level) (at 18\ 1132)
Move Speed: 355
Armor: 22 (+ 3.3 per level) (at 18\ 81.4)
Magic Resist: 30 (+ 1 per level) (at 18\ 48)
Health Regen: 7 (+ 0.8 per level) (at 18\ 39.4)
Mana Regen: 6.3 (+ 0.5 per level) (at 18\ 15.3)
Range: 125


Abilities:

Passive: Each Kabul's auto attack causes additional damage equal to six percent of the maximum enemy's mana.
Possible passive ability: If Kabul kills a monster or minion he receives additional 8 gold. If he kills an enemy hero, he receives 15% of gold from the amount, which the enemy has accumulated. If he helped in the murder, he receives 10%.

Q) Firecracker: Kabul throws a firecracker on the ground, causing all nearby enemy champions 70\80\100\140\210 (+ 0.5 AP) damage. Also this ability blinds enemies for one second. If the enemies were in the range of this ability, their armor reduces by 5\10\15\20\35 % for five seconds.
Mana: 70\80\100\120\140
Cooldown: 16\15\14\12\10 seconds
Radius of throw: 400
The radius of action: 350

W) Mining: After you activate the ability, Kabul (every half second) reserves one mine (A total of five mines at one time). One mine is causing 40\50\70\100\140 (+0.2 AP) damage and slows down the enemies on the 3\6\9\12\17 % for two seconds.
If the mine did not explode in one minute, then it voluntarily wound up!
Mana: 60\70\90\110\130
Cooldown: 17\16\14\12\10 seconds

E) Camouflage: Kabul becomes invisible for four seconds. For these four seconds his speed increases on 5\10\15\20\25 %. Also his next auto attack causes 40\60\90\140\190 (+ 0.4 AD) true damage.
Mana: 75\85\100\120\135
Cooldown: 17\16\15\14\13 seconds

R) Flying horror: Kabul throws under him the mine, and selects the flight path. Through half a second mine explodes and he reaches to the specified location. The explosion of mine deals 100\200\300 (+ 0.4 AP) damage. If on the way Kabul falls into enemies, then he causes them 50\80\110 (+ full AD) damage and continue to fly to the specified location point.
If before using this ability, you choose W, then Kabul will deal additional damage. Damage equal to the damage of one mine.
Mana: 130\200\290
Cooldown: 130\120\105 seconds
The radius of damage from mine: 390
The radius of flight: 700

The summation of the abilities
1) E -> W = Invisible mines.
2) W -> R = The total damage.
3) E -> Q = Frightening enemies for two seconds.

I think he's cool, but he won't exist because OP passive

Really cool, seems like the champ I would wanna buy. Might wanna change his passive, its almost like a free oracles, if he attacks a stealth champ, then they are exposed and vulnerable, and then people might stop playing champs like Eve, Shaco, Teemo, and Twitch (lol)
