Gallivant Cicero is a 6'2" man of brown skin tone. He wears a long, dull orange coat that has large blades attached to the cuffs. He wears black pants. His shoes are beaten up boots, yet they have futuristic/steam punk elements to them. On each shoulder Gallivant has spiked armor pieces. Underneath his right one, (and thus around his waist, like a satchel) is a red garment. This garment holds what remains of the Crystal Shard on Gallivant's back, which almost looks like a black three foot long finger with blue streaks blazing through it. Gallivant wears a stylized skull bandana over the top of his brown hair, and wears a mechanical eye patch over his left eye. His eyes are a crystal clear blue, and has a couple golden teeth in his mouth . He has long sideburns, goatee, and beard. Halfway between his beard is a runic ring, and he also wears a gold earring on his right ear. Finally, and most importantly, Gallivant has his hover-board, which resembles a slim piece of golden metal. This hover-board is indeed brandished with gold, yet has cryptic blue streaks running all throughout it.
Gallivant rides his hover-board all the way throughout the battle, never setting foot on the ground.
Gallivant's auto-attacks are swipes with his cuffs every two attacks, and an upchuck with his board every third attack.
Gallivant's dance is U Can't Touch This, of course.
Originally born as an orphan in the city-state of Piltover, the child Gallivant Cicero became known as one of the city's great technological prodigies for his engineering talents. However, Gallivant found himself continuously despising the overall uprightness and rigidity of the people of Piltover. So one day, before his much anticipated reveal at Pitlover's Young Innovator's Fair, Gallivant fled the city-state. All on his own, with nothing else to live for, Gallivant decided to join up with a struggling bandit gang known as the Black Skull Raiders. Despite the many unsuccessful holdups and robberies that beset the gang, Gallivant still mastered the art of banditry and soon became an expert tactician and thief. Blessed with this great mind, Gallivant quickly rose up through the bandits' ranks and eventually became their leader. With this new found family by his side, Gallivant could finally live a life of boundless freedom.
However, Gallivant's true dream had not yet been realized. With illusions of grandeur flooding his mind, Gallivant led his gang to the southern wilds of the Shurima Desert. After many months of painful searching, Gallivant finally discovered what he'd been looking for – an untouched Rune Stone known as the "Crystal Shard." By cutting off and engineer parts of the shard, Gallivant created his ultimate invention - the hover-board. After building enough of these hover-boards to suit his clan, the Black Skull Raiders became the scourge of Valoran – but especially Piltover. Upon hearing of the League of Legends, Gallivant quickly jumped at the opportunity to showcase his intellect and hover-board skills, all the while smashing the heads of those he felt had oppressed him in Piltover.
Ideas for Relationships
-Gallivant is a notable nemesis of Caitlyn and Vi, as he continuously brings havoc to the city with his raids.
-Gallivant is good friends with Graves, but also plays cards with Twisted Fate upon occasion.
-Gallivant and Jayce were childhood friends at one point, so Jayce is torn on which side he should take when Gallivant's name is mentioned.
-Gallivant cannot stand Ezreal due to him being the antithesis of what he stands for.
Passive: Blessings of the Crystal Shard - Gallivant's Crystal Shard grants him bonus attack damage that stacks up to five times. If Gallivant fails to hit an enemy in three seconds, the stacks are reset.
Q: Air Breaker - Gallivant dashes to the enemy target, dealing additional damage and ability power. 30/35/50/50/50 Mana 12 sec. CD.
W: 360° Spin - Gallivant spins with his board, stunning enemies and dealing extra AoE damage. 40/45/50/65/75 Mana. 8 sec CD.
E: Kick Flip - Gallivant does a kick flip with his board, allowing him to jump over obstacles and gain a temporary increase in movement speed. No Cost. 22 sec CD.
R/Ultimate: Kowabunga Charge - Gallivant slings himself mightily into the air with his board and comes crashing down with a boom, dealing massive AoE at the center of the explosion as well as slowing enemies. 200/250/300 Mana. 120 sec CD.
-"We'll shred to victory" (Champion Selection)
-"Here we go!" "They can't catch me!" (Movement)
-"YOU want a piece of THIS? You can't touch this!" (Taunt)
-"At least I'm not in good old Pit Lover... Heheheh..." (Joke)
okay... a little feedback would be nice....
*puts flame suit on*
Base stats: Range: 825, lmfao. Trist's range only goes up to 705, and that's after the full benefit of her passive (highest range in game currently).
Passive: AS and AD buff will be really difficult to balance since they synergize w/ each other. How big are you thinking of making this?
Q: Vi's Q
W: Riven's W
E: interesting; so short dash ~300 range w/ say a 20% MS boost for 1.5 seconds at max ranks?
R: Pantheon's Ult.
Movement speed, even after season 3, is way too high without boots. A normal movement speed would average around 330.
Why is his range >125, which is what any standard melee champions are? If this is meant to be his basic ability range, put it in the ability descriptions.
I'm not entirely sure what is new about this champion (hence champion concept). To me, it seems like his abilities consist of existing champions' abilities combined into one champion.
Gallivant looks more like a Bruiser rather than an Assassin, given his high defensive stats and AoE damage abilities. If you look at the current Assassin champions, their primary abilities are single-target bursting, hence assassin.
And I was BS-ing the range lol. So I'll change that too.
