New HUD: FIrst Impressions and Stickgarens

My first concern with the new HUD was later visibility of champions coming from the bottom portion of the screen should they happen to cross through a new, bulkier art of the lower HUD, and too early of visibility should they happen to cross through a newly open portion. I was concerned that this qould have some sort of unbalancing issue with the altered visibility, which would be a shame considering the wort that was put into this, though i may not enjoy its dota-ness and did like the old ui's general design more.

My concerns are illustrated and attached below in a very accurate unit of measurement:
