Okay I feel like we should get an actual mathcraft on here. I was playing Jarvan against zimike's tank Sona (~250 armor) and was doing true damage to him, and he got so mad he allegedly quit Dominion (but I'm sure he'll be back to play Black Cleaver Lulu).
So uh, here's some numbers. Assuming 21 in offense and ArPen marks/quints. This is good to know, because usually you need some kind of life steal to keep the true damage rolling in throughout the game. So... yeah. The math shows cleavers are genius. How else do we make Frozen Heart balanced?

AR needs to be half price,and double effectiveness to counter this at all

Good to hear at least that Nome has developed the power of common sense since the BFT fiasco and is just going with the nuclear hotfix option until he can get us a balanced version. On the upside, I'm playing a lot of Sejuani since so the most I notice is that the BC Stacking Pantheon in every single game just hurts more than everyone else while I'm trampling him underhoof.
