you got Touhou in my LoL!
Edit: I am no longer adding to this thread or changing anything. It was a one time thing to get started on champion concepts.
Man, I love the Touhou series, and I can't stop playing LoL, so I figured, why not see how the Touhou characters would turn out as LoL champions?
So uh yeah before you post about how this isn't a good idea, actually read through some of the "champions". Comment on them, not why you think this is a bad idea. This is for fun.
The only major thing to deal with that I can see is that Touhou relies mainly on danmaku, or bullet patterns that require precise timing and immense agility to dodge. I've found some ideas that I like from this list and will be trying to take them more in-depth instead of working on more characters.

Reimu Hakurei - Miko of the Hakurei Shrine
Ranged Caster - auto-attacks with exorcism paper slips
Passive: Take it Easy - %health and mana regen out of combat
Q: Ying Yang - skillshot - bounces a ying yang along dealing magic damage every bounce in an aoe(simliar to ziggs bouncing bomb, but doesn't stop when it hits the first target)
W: Border Barrier - creates an impassible wall that also blocks enemy skillshots
E: Persuasion Needle - toggle - Auto attacks become magic needles with increased projectile speed, gaining bonus magic damage and piercing targets in a line (like cho spikes or twitch's ult) (mana cost per attack like ashe frost arrow)
R: Fantasy Heaven - fires 3/4/5 champion-seeking orbs of divine power that do damage upon reaching their target. can hit same champion multiple times but will prefer to seek separate targets.
Marisa Kirisame - just an ordinary magician. usually attacks with lasers and stars.
Melee Mage - auto-attacks with her broom
Passive: Spellthief - restores mana for every allied/enemy spellcast (small % of the spell's mana cost)
Q: Stardust Reverie - Marisa channels for 1 second, firing stars out of her broom in a cone in front of her dealing magic damage (this is to get her to stop if riding her broom, and also toggles off W)
W: Let's Ride! - toggle - Marisa gets on her broom, increasing movement speed but making her unable to auto attack - 3 sec cooldown after toggle off
E: Magic Missile - low mana cost, low damage, 2 sec cd, long range skillshot - Marisa fires a pair of magical projectiles that accelerate to target location and explode upon hitting an enemy, doing aoe damage (small range)
R: Master Spark - Marisa channels for 1 second then unleashes a devastating laser, continuing to channel for 3 seconds dealing a large amount of AoE damage each second to all targets in a line. (imagine lux's ult with ezreal's ult width but shorter range, like shinkuu hadouken)

Sakuya Izayoi - Head maid in the Scarlet Devil Mansion and servant to Remilia Scarlet. Uses knives and can manipulate time and space. I imagine her playing a lot like Talon.
Melee Assassin - attacks with knives - possibly energy based.
Passive: Elegant Maid - Sakuya ignores unit collision
Q: Fan of Knives - Sakuya throws out 5 kinves in a frontal cone that travel a short distance, dealing damage for each knife, then persist for 2 seconds. If Misdirection is cast, the knives deal 60% less damage.
W: Misdirection - All of Sakuya's knives immediately move again through targeted location and each deal damage when passing through enemies.
E: Cut to the Chase - Sakuya readies 2 knives then instantly teleports to target location. The knives are then fired at that location, dealing damage once to all enemies hit, then persist for 2 seconds
R: Sakuya's World - Sakuya stops time, banishing all allies and enemies in range (like amumu ult range) for 3 seconds and reducing the cooldown on Fan of Knives to 1 sec but these knives are stationary until the effect ends. banished enemies are stunned but invulnerable.
Youmu Konpaku - half ghost half human girl, gardener in Hakugyokurou, servant to Yuyuko Saigyouji
Melee DPS - uses double swords, and her ghostly half Myon is used for many attacks - possible ability to jungle
Passive: Myon - Youmu's ghostly half fires wind slashes at Youmu's auto attack targets, dealing 20% of the damage dealt in magic damage
Q: Myon Strike - Youmu sends her ghostly half forward and back, dealing magic damage each time it passes through an enemy
W: Cross Slash - Youmu and Myon slash through target unit dealing physical damage.
E: Ghostly Wave - Myon emits a wave of wind slashes dealing physical damage in an AoE around it.
R: Phantasm - Youmu creates a phantasmal copy of herself for 15 seconds, mimicking all her spells for 50% magic damage
Yukari Yakumo - powerful demon with the ability to manipulate borders
Melee Spellcaster - attacks with her Umbrella and gap spells and her shikigamis, cooldown based
Passive: Gap - Yukari readies a charge of Gap every 5 seconds up to a maximum of 2-4-6-8 (increases at levels 6 11 and 16)
Q: Gap Attack - Yukari opens a gap at target location. After 1 second, random items from the real world appear and damage and stun (1 second) any enemy in the AoE. Consumes 1 charge of gap
W: CHEEEEEEEEN! - Yukari summons Chen to claw at a target, dealing magic damage over 6 seconds
E: Gap Portal - Yukari steps through her gap to teleport to target location within 400 range. 6 sec cd and consumes 1 charge of gap
R: Train Wreck - Yukari opens massive gap portals, summoning a train that travels a distance dealing massive magic damage and knocking aside any targets hit. Consumes 2 gap charges
Utsuho Reiuji - hell crow that absorbed the power of the yatagarasu, has the power of nuclear fusion
Ranged Hybrid Carry - auto-attacks with blasts from her arm cannon
Passive: Power of the Sun - Utsuho's auto-attacks grant her scaling ability power for 4 seconds stacking up to 5 times
Q: Power Shot - Utsuho overloads her arm cannon to fire an energy projectile at target unit, dealing physical damage to all units it passes through (applies on-hit effect to the target unit) (ap and ad scaling)
W: Atomic Fusion - Utsuho harnesses the power of fusion to grant her attacks massive spell vamp and life steal for 15 seconds and causing her basic attacks to deal bonus magic damage
E: Meltdown - Utsuho releases a blast of energy, damaging enemy units in a 500 radius slowing them by 50% (ad and ap scaling)
R: Arm Cannon-Transformation - Utsuho's arm cannon transforms into a more powerful version for 15 seconds, giving bonus % AD and flat AP, granting her basic attacks and all spells additional effects and 30% more range
- Overload projectile width increased 20/30/40%
- Atomic Fusion now causes targets to burn for additional magic damage
- Slow increased by 10/15/20%
Suika Ibuki - one of the only Oni found in Gensokyo and is one of the strongest beings there. Known for being a drunkard
Tank - Suika fights with her fists and oni powers
Passive: Sake Gourd - Every time Suika casts a spell she gains scaling bonus armor and magic resist for 10 seconds stacking up to 3 times
Q: Power Smash - Suika pounds the ground with explosive force, dealing magic damage, knocking back a short distance, and causing enemies to burn for 5% of their max health in true damage over 3 seconds. 8 second cd
W: Oni Vacuum - Suika creates a persistant gravitational pull field around her, slowing all enemies caught in the AoE by 40% and granting 20% bonus movespeed to allies.
E: Drink Sake - Suika channels for 1 second to gain AD, AP, and 15/20/25/30/35% bonus movement speed for 6 seconds
R: Oni Power - Suika grows in size by 100%, gaining a 10/15/20% bonus to max health, armor, magic resist, and causing her auto attacks to deal splash damage and stun for 1 second. The stun cannot be applied on the same target for another 6 seconds (basically udyr's bear stance)
Fujiwara no Mokou - drank the Hourai Elixir and became immortal. Pretty much aligned with the concept of the Pheonix. (when you kill her she simply retreats, not dies, but it still treats it as a kill for gameplay purposes) She has an intense rivalry with Kaguya Hourisan
AP Bruiser - fights with her fists and flame powers
Passive: Burning Flames - Mokou's basic attacks burn 2% of the target's max hp over 3 seconds. This effect can be refreshed in duration but does not stack in intensity
Q: Wrath of the Pheonix - Mokou's rage becomes manifest, dealing magic damage in an AoE around her for 5 seconds
W: Power Flame - Mokou's next basic attack engulfs her target in flames, stunning them for 1.5 seconds and dealing magic damage over 3 seconds (short cd)
E: Fire Rush - Mokou rushes to target location dealing magic damage to all units she passes through. She leaves a trail of fire for 3 seconds that damages enemies standing in it with minor magic damage
R: Power of the Phoenix - Mokou expands her flame wings and gains bonus AP and Movement Speed and passively burns 3% of nearby enemies' max health per second. Lasts 10 seconds.
Cirno (Chiruno) - The "strongest" Ice Fairy ⑨ (also a baka)
Ranged Mage - auto-attacks with Icicles
Passive: Shatter - Cirno deals 30% bonus damage against chilled or frozen enemies. Only applies once to targets chilled and frozen. (this works with other champion's skills, such as Sejuani, Ashe, Anivia, and Nunu, but not with Frozen Mallet or Rylai's Crystal Scepter)
Q: Icicle Fall - Cirno creates a localized ice storm at target location for 2.5 seconds, dealing damage in an AoE and reducing AD every 0.5 seconds. The AD reduction stacks and lasts 4 seconds.
W: Chill - Cirno chills target unit, slowing them by 50% and reducing their attack speed by 50% for 4 seconds
E: Ice Ball - Cirno rolls out an ice ball towards target location damaging enemies in a line, dealing bonus damage for every unit hit up to a cap (5 units)
R: Deep Freeze - Cirno creates a glacier at target location, dealing damage in an AoE. The glacier persists for 2.5 seconds and stuns enemy units that come within 200 range around the AoE for 1 second and chilling them, slowing their movement speed by 20% for 2 seconds. Any unit that comes within 200 range of a unit affected by this stun is also stunned and chilled similarly (like a chain reaction). Units can only be stunned once. (stunned enemies get a particle effect like being encased in ice to provide a visual cue)
Tenshi Hinanawi - Celestial that caused an incident in Gensokyo becuase she was bored.
Tank - Tenshi fights with her crimson sword and keystones
Passive: Masochist - Tenshi gains bonus AD and AP for every enemy champion nearby
Q: Keystone Strike - Tenshi summons a keystone at target location. After 1 second it crashes to the ground, dealing damage in a small AoE and knocking back in a large AoE
W: Celestial Power - Tenshi gains bonus Armor, Magic Resist, and Movement Speed for 10 seconds
E: Incite - Tenshi taunts target champion to attack her for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds causing them to take 10% extra damage from all sources for the duration
R: Tremor - Tenshi thrusts her sword into the ground, causing a massive earthquake that knocks up all nearby enemy units into the air for 1.5 seconds, dealing massive damage. 700 range

Patchouli Knowledge - a bookworm holed up in the Library at Scarlet Devil Mansion. She is generally seen as a frail-bodied but powerful mage.
Support Mage - Patchouli attacks with spells that modify her auto attacks.
Passive: Elementalism - When Patchouli casts a spell, she applies a modifier to her auto attacks that lasts until another spell is cast.
Q: Fire Metal Sign "St. Elmo's Pillar" - Patchouli launches a condensed mass of superheated metal at target location, dealing AoE damage and melting enemies' resistances, increasing their damage taken by 20% for 4 seconds
- Elementalism - Patchouli's auto attacks deal bonus magic damage (AP scaling) initially and burn the target for 2% of their max hp over 2 seconds (think Teemo E but with %hp damage on the DOT)
W: Earth Water Sign "Noachian Deluge" - Patchouli summons a directed geyser at target location (similar casting mechanic to Viktor's Death Ray) that persists for 4 seconds, slightly damaging and knocking back enemies that try to cross the stream. (scaling on stream size, like Anivia's wall)
- Elementalism - Patchouli's auto attacks slow the target by 40%. 1 second duration, 4 second cooldown.
E: Water Sign "Jellyfish Princess" - Patchouli surrounds an ally with a protective bubble shield, blocking the next 2/3/4/5/6 basic attacks and granting bonus magic resist (base amount + %AP scaling) for the duration. Lasts 5 seconds.
- Elementalism - Patchouli's auto attacks restore 2% of her max hp and mana
R: Sun Sign "Royal Flare" - Patchouli unleashes a massive burst of directed energy dealing massive AoE damage at target location (600 AoE with 300 cast range, High AP scaling and base damage)
- Elementalism - Patchouli's next attack stuns the target for 2 seconds. Effect is consumed after 1 attack.
Remilia Scarlet - Head of the Scarlet Devil Mansion and its residents. She is a powerful vampire. (canonically she would evaporate in sunlight but let's just ignore that for now or say that she magically controls a parasol to shield her from direct sunlight)
High-sustain Ranged DPS - auto-attacks with flocks of bats (shorter attack range than most other carries, a bit tankier, but lower base AD)
Passive: Vampirism - If an enemy dies within 2 seconds of Remilia damaging it, Remilia restores health equal to 10% of the unit's max hp
Q: Vampire Claw - Remilia slashes in front of her with magical power (350 range, 180 degree fan) dealing physical damage and restoring flat health (+0.8 bonus AD) for each enemy champion hit
W: Servant Flier - Remilia releases a servant bat that deals magic damage (AP scaling) to target enemy over 3 seconds then returns to Remilia, healing her for 30% of all damage dealt to that target over the duration
E: Bat Form - Remilia assumes her bat form, causing damage taken to be reduced by 80%, granting her immunity to slows and snares, and increasing movement speed by 50% for 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 seconds, but she cannot attack or cast spells. Casting this spell again cancels the form. (20 sec cd)
R: Gugnir - Remilia summons a giant spear of red energy and hurls it at target champion, dealing massive damage and impaling them, suppressing them for 2 seconds.

Reisen Udongein Inaba - Moon Rabbit, works for the moon princess Kaguya Hourisan
Ranged Carry - Attacks by shooting bullets out of her finger (like you used to pretend to shoot a gun when you were a kid)
Passive: Lunatic Red Eyes - Every time Reisen casts a spell or is damaged (2 sec cd), she summons a hallucination nearby that persists for 4 seconds with low health (scaling with level) that copies her attacks and spells but doesn't do any damage. (no gold on killing hallucinations)
Q: Danmaku - Reisen fires out a flurry of bullets, dealing physical damage in a cone. (600 range) Hallucination is summoned to one side of Reisen (300 range away)
W: Lunatic Power - Reisen summons a Hallucination at target location and her next 2 spellcasts cause her hallucinations to also deal 30/40/50/60/70% damage. Lasts 10 seconds (or have the # of casts go up with level and a consistent 50% damage from hallucinations) (long cd)
E: Mind Warp - Reisen swaps locations with target hallucination gaining a bonus to movement speed for 2 seconds. Hallucination is summoned near her destination.
R: Fragile Mind - Reisen summons 3 hallucinations around her. All of her hallucinations then emit mind-bending energy, dealing damage in an AoE and slowing all enemies hit for 3 seconds. (or remove the slow, reduce summon #, and make it short cd)
Eirin Yagokoro - Lunarian refugee. Medical genius. Devoted herself to Kaguya Hourisan.
Support - Auto attacks with her bow.
Passive: Experienced Doctor - Due to her vast experience with restorative medicine, Eirin gains 25% extra mana and health regeneration and a 25% extra bonus to CDR on items. (if item grants 20% cdr she'd get 25% total)
Q: Cripple - Eiren shoots target's legs with a paralytic toxin, dealing damage and slowing them by 40/45/50/55/60% for 3 seconds. If target is already slowed, this skill snares them for 3 seconds.
W: Pills - Eiren and target ally are healed a minor amount and gain movement speed for 5 seconds. (Heal and bonus movement speed scale with leveling skill)
E: Side Effects May Include... - Cast on an ally (not self) to reduce damage done to them by 10/12/15/17/20% or cast on an enemy to increase their damage taken by 10/12/15/17/20%. Effect lasts 6 seconds.
R: Hourai Elixir - Eirin channels for 1 second to create a weaker version of the Hourai Elixir, then drinks it to gain damage immunity and 50 resistance to stuns and silences for 6 seconds.
Not trying to be serious about balance but trying to give every girl a good kit for LoL that stays true to their character.

Problem is, Touhou isn't all that popular, and I minimally watch it compared to the HST and some other animes/mangas. I don't like predominantly female pervasive battle manga/anime like Sailor Moon, not being sexist, but stuff needs a bit of manmode, But this is a fun idea.
You're being extremely ignorant. Touhou is primarily a series of Bullet Hell shooters, and almost everything else is fanmade. It's a video game first, not an anime. True, there are some graphic works and an unofficial 2-episode anime in the making, but the most popular things about the series are the video games. Please do not slander this wonderful series any further. And the all-female cast is also one of the things that fans like most.
Why are people going on about copyright?
ZUN himself said that he'll never allow a Touhou anime simply because the studio in charge will gain licensing rights, and therefore restrict the creation of fanwork.
