Help for a friend,
 
Hi, my friend can't join games. They can login fine, and que fine but then when they get ingame they cant join.
Solution?

Well you cannot join draft mode until u have 16 champs unlocked and you cant ranked till lvl 30 so may be that is the issue?

You clearly dont understand, once they join the game and load it they just cant play. There league refuses to work.
+ this isnt draft or ranked..

While I don't know how to fix your problem I will guess at a couple things that might work...

Try a different region EUW or NA 2 see if the issue is in connecting to the server or an issue with your display settings.

If it is your display settings try to change the resolution of your monitor.

If it isn't; submit a ticket detailing your problem.

Second, try clicking the red riot icon in the bottom right of your taskbar sometimes that will pop up the loading screen but you have to click on it after champion select.

If after trying all of these it still doesn't work then... uninstall and re-download/install a new LoL client tedious I know but if you cant get into game I would do this.

If that still doesn't work then I would need more information on your system ie. Operating software, graphics card make/model etc.

I'm sorry, ArchDragon97, I don't understand your actual complaint. Please be as descriptive as possible when you describe the part where "they can't join". I don't have enough information to help you at this time. Let me know how the failure is manifesting, and I will provide as much help as I can.

Meanwhile, Quackas is right that the best approach may be to contact support, since this seems like a very account-specific issue, they may have the tools to help correct this behavior.
