Thornmail should apply Grievous Wounds to attackers
Suddenly it does it's job and counters lifesteal legitimately. Hell, reduce the reflect to 20% on top of it, but without grievous wounds, lifesteals always going to prevail.
Anyone in agreement? If this idea is flawed, tell me how, but if it worked this way, then at least the effect of thornmail would help your allies as well if the attacker switches targets after hitting the tank, for as long as the debuff lasts.

If it's up all the time, ADC's no longer exist in this game.
Good point, so maybe add an active that caused a Grievous Wounds debuff to attackers, on a CD so you could punish auto attackers that hit the tank early in the fight. I feel like if it was done this way, the duration of the debuff should be long enough to persist after they change targets, but in general, it would be more balanced than a constant effect.
