Bot Lane Theorycrafting
This is partially theorycrafting, as well as partially a test in progress as myself and a friend are doing it.

Bot lane Karma + Riven. Have either your adc go solo top if they feel confident to do so, or have your top pick a champ that has ranged abilities such as teemo, jayce, etc...

So far, this combo with me + friend taking bot karma +riven I think we are 9 out of 10 wins. Mostly ranked games but a few normals to test our theories out the first few games.

This works out to be more or less endless shields mid to late game. Between Rivens shield, Karmas shield+heal riven can nonstop DPS. Its quite trolly. Karma I feel is an incredibly underappreciated champion and mostly due to the meta. She needs a special team comp to really shine and in a lane with Riven she is the goddess of all supports due to her synergy with melee champs.

Im just curious as we keep winning games at what point we will get to a summoner skill level where a true ranged adc with a solid support can beat this combo. The early and mid game simply cant be beat even though we lack all range. The shields/heals/mobility of this lane combo is astounding, esp when (if?) Karma gets blue buff. The thing that I keep saying, is unless you completely faceroll the entire early to mid game, there will come a point late game where if you do not have that range adc who is built for sustained end game damage then our tricky/trollsy lane combo could get overwhelmed. So far we have not experienced that, but its bound to come. In the games we have won we stomped our bot lane EVERY game, and went on to be unstoppable.

Thoughts and discussions about this appreciated.

It has been mentioned that 2 bruisers bot lane will always win over an ADc + support.

Sion (Who actually does damage with his shield as AP) fits better with the shield idea.

The above link has more combos.

double bruiser bot will beat adc and support, simply because adc is weak early game.

however, if you are unable to deny the enemy sufficiently during this stage, at 45 minutes into the game your team will have no adc while the enemy has one big threat staring you down.

I'd be curious to see what would happen if you replaced Riven with a different Bruiser who scales better into late game like Jax or GP. You would loose a little bit early without Riven's shield, but you would set yourself up for some truly scary split-pushes in the late game.
