So I've restarted and repaired installation. No change.
I did the same thing and went through a full reinstall. It still didn't work. Oddly enough, it started working when I turned on my Comodo antivirus and set it to game mode. Yet when Comodo was completely off, it wouldn't work. Probably just a timing fluke, but I have no idea how to fix it, boss. Try something like that? Run as admin too, if you haven't yet.
