* Deathsinger
o Lay Waste
+ Corrected tooltip to say that it deals double damage if it hits a single target (corrected numbers in tooltip as well)
+ Increased damage from 30/50/70/90/110 to 35/55/75/95/115
o Defile
+ Increased damage from 20/40/60/80/100 to 30/50/70/90/110
o Fallen One
+ Can no longer be cast while dead
+ Reduced ability power ratio from .75 to .7
o Wall of Pain
+ Reduced cast range from 1200 to 1000
+ Reduced Magic Resistance/Armor reduction from 20/25/30/35/40 to 15/20/25/30/35
+ Reduced Wall duration from 12 to 9 (and it no longer lingers after the particle fades)
+ Reduced cooldown from 25 to 22
* Evelynn
o Hate Spike
+ Increased cooldown from .7 to .75
+ Reduced damage from 30/55/80/105/130 to 25/50/75/100/125
+ Reduced Ability power ratio from .28 to .25
o Ravage
+ Reduced Armor/Magic Resistance reduction from 10/15/20/25/30 to 10/14/18/22/26
o Malice and Spite
+ This skill no longer auto activates, it now gives Evelynn a charge which she can use at any time (disappears with death)

+ Reduced bonus damage from 25/35/45/55/65 to 20/30/40/50/60

o Rocket Jump
+ Reduced ability power ratio from 1.0 to 0.8
o Buster Shot

+ Reduced cooldown from 120 to 90
+ Increased bonus damage from 30/45/60 to 30/50/70

o Infernal Guardian
+ Reduced cast range from 800 to 700

+ Increased damage from 80/105/130/155/180 to 80/110/140/170/200

o Removed Consecration (so Soraka will heal less, deal less damage w/starcall, and infuse less often as she levels now)

+ Increased Slow duration reduction from 30% to 35%
o Last Whisper

o Wit's End
+ Added new component: Elementium Threaded Cloak
* Summoners
o Teleport
+ Cooldown tooltip changed to correctly show the cooldown at 5 minutes
o Clairvoyance
+ With the recent nerf to clairvoyance sight being restricted by terrain we have decided to keep them indestructible and see if they are still too powerful
+ Increased sight radius from 1650 to 2000
o Promote
+ Increased Aura Damage from 15 to 18
+ Increased Aura Armor from 30 to 35
* General
o All champions now deal bonus damage to buildings equal to 25% of their ability power! (Note: Casters will still be dramatically worse than dps champions at destroying buildings)
o Blue Pill particle now correctly disappears upon being canceled or broken
o Team Minions no long have Health / Mana regeneration (this will help the game run faster!!!)
o Cannon Minions
+ Stats: Increased Health from 600 to 700
o Increased spawn rate from every 4 waves to every 3 waves
o Increased DPS Champions overall DPS by 10% by level 18 (except for Master Yi)
o Fixed a Bug where some computers would have intermittent FPS hitching.
o Fixed a Bug where the window you can reconnect was 30 seconds, now 2 minutes
o Fixed a Bug where ghost minions will no longer be present when you reconnect
