[Champion Concept]Dr. Zyle: the peacemonger

i had a great idea last night im going to use for the shields
i have put it in tell me what yall think (if anyone is there)

the design philosophy of this champ i have had this idea for an ability that would work specifically as a tank killer while not being very effective against anyone else that ability is in here as "unbarred and unguarded" the problem with this ability is that you can't really put it on a carry because a carry would smash stuff with it. so with this champ i decided to make a support/soak that could turn the enemies strengths against them.

the basic story line i have in mind for Dr. Zyle is that he is a chemist from Zuan. being a pacifist he didn't want to use his mind to create weapons. so to cover up his fear he stole most of his work from other great chemists changed them around and tried to call them his own. generally people allways knew when he had ripped someone off because they had announced it just a week before. tired of being called a failure he decided he would take all the works he plagiarized and make something that no one could call stolen. he started tinkering with some of Dr. mundo and singed's recipes and the resulting mixture creating a concotion that would change him forever

appearance a chubby looking middle aged man that turns into a lumbering beast that walks on all fours

passive- "normalcy": when Dr. Zyle or a neaby allied champion falls belows 33% hp that champion gains ( 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 25) hp regen
(changes at level1/4/8/12/16)

Q "unbarred / unguarded": (toggle) (20 mana per attack)

"the man" (toggle) while this is active Dr. Zyle's auto attacks deals an additional ( 5 / 8 / 11 / 14 / 17 / 20 ) (+.2 AP) magic damage and reduce mres of the
champion hit for two seconds by ( 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 )percent of their bonus mres.
if formula for peace is active Dr. Zyle's auto attacks deal
( .5 / 1 / 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 / 3 ) percent of the enemies bonus hp in magic damage

"the beast" (toggle) while this is active Dr. Zyle's auto attacks deal an additional (5 / 8 / 11 / 14 / 17 / 20 ) (+.2 AP) physical damage and reduce armor of the
champion hit for two seconds by ( 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 ) of their bonus armor.
if formula for peace is active Dr. Zyle's auto attacks deal
( .5 / 1 / 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 / 3 ) percent of the enemies bonus hp in physical damage


W "formula for peace":(25 / 24 / 23 / 22 / 21 / 20 sec CD) (~10 second duration) (10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 mana) (applies the following buff to all nearby allies) while active "normalcy" is activated at (38.5 / 44 / 49.5 / 55 / 60.5 / 66) percent of you or an allies hp and has other effects

"the man" normalcy now adds ( 0 / 5 /10 / 15 / 20 / 25 )(+.1 AP) HP per 5 and ( 10 / 17 / 25 / 32 / 40 / 50 ) MP per 5
(the mana part follows the same percentage restrictions as the health and only activates when the health part does)

"the beast" normalcy now adds ( 10 / 17 / 25 / 32 / 40 / 50 ) (+.2 AP) HP per 5


E "Hear no evil / See no evil":(15/14/13/12/11/10 sec CD) (50 mana) places a shield around target allied champion that absorbs (50 / 70 / 90 / 110 / 130 / 150 )(+.4 AP) damage and has additional effects depending on form
"the man"(hear no evil) ( 38.5 / 44 / 49.5 / 55 / 60.5 / 66 ) percent of all spell damage is reflected back at the caster (the damage reflected does not hurt the shield)
if formula for peace is active whoever breaks the shield is silenced for 2 seconds

"the beast"(see no evil) ( 38.5 / 44 / 49.5 / 55 / 60.5 / 66 ) percent of all attack damage is reflected back at the attacker (the damage reflected does not hurt the shield)
if formula for peace is active whoever breaks the shield is blinded for 2 seconds


R "the man / the beast" : Dr. Zyle can switch between forms (20 mana)
while he is the man he has increased Mres,
while he is the beast he has increased armor
(25 sec CD this cooldown is reduced by one second per champion level not affected by CDR)
( he automatically starts with his ult at level one)

a few things to note
(if he casts a spell in one form the spell in the same slot will also be on cooldown)
(when i say bonus Mres armor or hp what i mean is nonbase stats, in other words these abilities scale on the stats you buy only)
